Our technical support covers all standard support requests. We offer both remote and on-site support, for which we charge an hourly rate.
Remote technical support per hour: £95
(1 hour minimum, then charged in 30min blocks)
On-Site technical support per hour £125
(1 hour minimum, then charged in 30min blocks)

Our ENCO technical support covers all aspects of the ENCO software family, from DAD to enCaption, Clipfire and DADtv
